Cancellation & Refund Policy

• A deposit of $50 is required in advance. 

• The balance is due before, or at the time of capsule delivery. 

• You may cancel service at any time, however, the $50 retainer is non-refundable and covers time spent prenatally answering questions, holding a space on our calendar and our on-call time.

• If you cancel after we have picked up your placenta, but before preparation begins, you may pick-up your placenta upon request or we can discard it and no further payment is required.

• If you cancel after the encapsulation process has begun, the balance is due in full and no refund will be given, even if you choose not to take delivery of the finished capsules.

• If you paid the full fee in advance, but then cannot encapsulate you will be refunded everything except the $50 non-refundable deposit/retainer, provided we have not yet picked up and started the preparation process.
